as easy as riding a bike

Ryan got this sweet yellow ride for Christmas...and as Eddy and I were too cheap to buy him the smaller frame, thinking he'd outgrow it by this summer, we went with the taller bike.  Turns out, the taller bike was a bit too tall, and Ry had some trouble touching the ground while sitting on the seat.  Oops.  Oh well.  So we've occasionally been testing it out in the street since Christmas.  Well, he must have grown a bit in the last few days, because all of a sudden he gets how to use it.  And off he goes!  I give his Strider bike all the credit in the world for teaching him the balance.  No need for training wheels.  Amazing.
Now we just need to work on his ability to stop, and safely put his feet on the ground.
