Birthday girl!

Kaitlyn turned FOUR this past weekend!
And unfortunately, with a summer birthday and us returning from our long family vacation just a few days prior, we did not have our ducks in a row enough to throw a party.  But we did manage a last minute gathering of a few friends, at her playground of choice, followed by lunch and then a movie, and the day ended with Eddy's family coming over for dinner, presents, and cake.  So, I'd say, it was a pretty amazing birthday for a little four year old.  She had a good day, and it was fun to celebrate our baby girl.

A morning at Heather Farms Park:

KK's first time down the really big tube slide, and LOVED it!

Lunch at Habit Burger -- notice the bubbles she has blown in her milk
Secret Life of Pets!

Back home for dinner, presents and of course cake:

"What?  More Shopkins?" this girl was in heaven
She requested a cake that was half unicorn, half flowers.  So this was my interpretation of that...
